Hello friends, today I am writing on a very simple yet powerful topic — what are you ignoring right now? Most of us think we are managing life well, but if we pause for a moment, we’ll notice there are things we are quietly avoiding. We all do that! It could be a feeling, a conversation, a decision, or even a truth we already know deep inside. Ignoring doesn’t mean it disappears; it just waits, and often grows heavier with time.

Sometimes we ignore our emotions because we don’t want to deal with discomfort. it may cause. We say “I’m fine” , “no big deal” or “it really doesn’t matter now”, when we are clearly feeling the opposite. To move on in life we distract ourselves with work, social media, or spend time with friends, just so we don’t have to sit with what’s actually bothering us.

Then there’s also a subtle kind of ignoring — ignoring your own inner voice. That quiet knowing which tells you what feels right and what doesn’t. Some of us choose to ignore it completely and override it with logic, fear, materialistic success or even other people’s opinions. But that inner voice is rarely wrong. The more you ignore it, the more disconnected you’ll feel from yourself.

What can we do to fix it?

Start small. You don’t have to change everything in one go. Maybe acknowledge one feeling, have one honest conversation, or take one small step towards a pending decision. When you stop ignoring, life starts flowing with more clarity and less inner noise.

Ignoring is not a solution, things that bother you won’t go away on its own— it waits for your attention. And the moment you give it that attention, things begin to shift.
