Unable to understand someone else’s thought process at times?
It’s because their growth is outwards and not inwards. They’ve had crazy experiences in life, seen ups and downs but they really haven’t learnt anything from those experiences.
They still choose to live on a different platform and it’s really fine. They just need  more time, more information and more similar experiences to understand their purpose of life or to learn a life lesson.
People react according to their own understanding of things that comes mainly from their own life experiences.
