Affirmations are simple, positive statements that help you shift your mindset, redirect your energy, and align with the life (or a goal) you want to achieve.
When you repeat an affirmation, you are not just saying some words, you are actually, subconsciously training your mind to focus on a possibility instead of fear, strength instead of a doubt, and clarity instead of confusion.
