If the decisions you’re making aren’t bringing you the results you want, take a step back. Learn from them, reflect, and then move on. Don’t keep looking back or holding on to what didn’t work. Instead, grow from it and upgrade yourself—mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

This line is the WhatsApp status of a friend. I saw it very differently in the past, almost casually. But now, I truly understand its depth and meaning. It’s a reminder to keep growing and never stop evolving.
