We all go through life experiences that are painful and sometimes even out of our control. Often we wonder, why this has happened to me?
I have never done wrong to anyone. etc.
Instead of focusing on this thought we must try to find a way to heal ourself. Indulge in with a positive attitude. First rule of healing is to accept the fact that you’ve been hurt or have hurt someone else. Only then you’ll find yourself capable of moving forward with the healing process. It’s a very slow process and you cannot fast forward it by any means. So heal and heal with patience.
