  1. Set your alarm clock for five minutes and sit in a comfortable position just before going to the bed.
  2. Now close your eyes, think about your day and let your thoughts flow.
  3. Keep your mind alert and observe what you see in those five minutes.
  4. The thought which was bothering you the most is the key.
  5. Start your next day by taking care of that unfinished business first.
  6. Assure yourself that no matter what, that’ll be the first thing you will do tomorrow.
