- Set your alarm clock for five minutes and sit in a comfortable position just before going to the bed.
- Now close your eyes, think about your day and let your thoughts flow.
- Keep your mind alert and observe what you see in those five minutes.
- The thought which was bothering you the most is the key.
- Start your next day by taking care of that unfinished business first.
- Assure yourself that no matter what, that’ll be the first thing you will do tomorrow.
